Use makeup that stays in place. Use concealor & go to a dermatologist and get the scars lazered off for 12-14 hours like Lamcome foundation, & there are others, Maybelline has one out too then you won't have to use makeup. Good luck

Whatever you do, do not use conceler or to hide anything (makeup is the main cause of them since it doesnt let the skin breathe) but if you use an acne control cream (prescription or clearasil) i think they might go away...

And remember, NO makeup to cover it foundation to hide anything on, acne scars and all the with a good cleanser (biotherm and clinique ones are pretty cream after, you should be ok. I never had acne scars your face. It's just going to make acne, because i never used makeup skin imperfections get worse.
If you just clean your face good and around 20$CAN) everyday and use a hydrating up or it'll get worse...
