Yes definitely hypothyroidism. It causes ultra heavy (and long periods) [ I presume your female], hence the low iron levels, and the painful joints and metabolism and makes you feel - without a temperature - I feel the heat more I likely have both hypo it messes around with glucose and hyper symptoms. I have Hashimotos Hypothyroidism myself whacked. Fever ... well I often feel hot than other people. Many doctors have told me.
