How do I get rid of acne scars? Is it possible in about a week?

How do I get rid of and I want my skin to be visably perfect. they don't really make a cover up that matches my skin tone and i'll only where Merle Norman makeup (doesn't clog up pores as badly as most)

If y'all know any home remedies or something I can get at wal-mart that'll get rid of acne scars by Saturday I'll happily take it all.

If worse comes to worse I at least want the scars a lighter color.

hopefully that link will work. Thats me...you should be able to see some scars around the chin region...please let me know SOMETHING that will get rid of scars acne scars? Is it possible in about acne scars on my chin cheeks but no zits (thank god)
