stay single for a little and out there for you to your ex try to distract see what other guys are pick from... if you cant get over yourself from him by hanging with friends, listening to music, watching movies, reading, stuff like that

I would advise you to stay with someone else. Girl time!!! Me time! And spend time with your female friends, too.

Also, use this as a learning time -- to discover what you want in your next relationship, and to learn from your mistakes.
