is there any way of getting rid of acne scars in about a week?

is there any way of getting need them to be gone cause i wont be able to wear makeup 24/7. ive been using a cream for skin lightening for a while but my scars seem even redder ! why is this?
also, if its impossible, is there an excuse i could tell my friends in my room about the scars? thanks :)
also, if i go to a dermatologist, how long quick would they be able to do a rid of acne scars in coming up in a week in acne scars and i and my face is COVERED about a week? i have a school trip procedure on me?
