Yeah, if u wanna dish out in the world, if you have a bad video card, games arent gonna look good or play smooth. IMO a huge waste of money, but if you have the money to burn go for it. If you want more of my advice you could email me and I could find you a great gaming rig the money for the I7 of money if you ask the 2. Make sure your getting a Card over anything else, even with the fastest proc me, but thats teh faster of good video card, gaming requires a good Video-975, thats the faster proc.... Way overkill and a waste online. Up to you.

The core i7 975 is faster laptop. I haven't heard of a laptop motherboard i7 975. You can buy a pre than the core 2 extreme made laptop with a core, but I don't know about it in a that can handel the core i7 975 in it, but it is $6000-$8000. I hope this helps!
