This is a large part, in a feature film, and a very big paycheck that I need. So help!! I see many diets on google, but I do not know what ones to trust, I dont want to hurt my body. I want to be as on a feature film, and I start filming in AT LEAST 5lbs.

I am a vegetarian, and I also I do. Any quick diets, tricks, should I only eat Vegetables not want to starve myself 2 weeks. I am 135lbs, and I need to drop
healthy as possible.

I have been through it all of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
